• Check-in and checkout times are listed on each stay and in your confirmation email.
• Please respect the guest maximum for your stay - our neighborhoods are residential.
• No parties or events; quiet hours after 10 pm.
• No smoking indoors.

Cancellation policy

Each stay lists its own cancellation terms on its page and at checkout, and the terms in effect when you book are the ones that apply to that booking. Any booking cancelled within 24 hours of being made is fully refunded. You can cancel from your Trips page, which shows the exact refund before you confirm; refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5-10 business days.
